Synopsis :Professor Daidōji (大道寺博士 Daidōji Hakase) has developed a gravity machine called the GX Device. Unfortunately, Shocker wants it; so they attack the professor and destroy his laboratory, but come home empty-handed. Shocker's agents find out that the plans for the GX Device are with Daidōji's daughter, who is celebrating her birthday. Now the Kamen Riders, along with FBI agent Kazuya Taki, must protect Daidōji's daughter and prevent Shocker from obtaining the plans.

This movie is between episode 51 and 52. For a movie it is only 30 minutes. 6 minutes more than average episode. This movie have typical storyline. For a 30 minutes movie it is entertaining watching 2 kamen rider fighting side by side.
This movie is pack with action and it is entertaining. Overall, I enjoy watching this movie. With that I rate it 2 and half out of 5.. :D
