The events of this special are set in the past, during the first meeting between Minako and Artemis. They tell the story of the birth of Sailor V (Sailor Venus). There is also an encounter with all four Shitennou, before their awakening by Queen Beryl.

This drama is set before Luna encounter Usagi. It fun to see silly Minako and not the serious Minako. Well the storyline is interesting, it is interesting seeing how they show all characters before the resurrection of Queen Beryl. Even the 4 generals is here! Funny how Jadeite becoming a policewomen haha.. So cute.
Anyway, this drama is great and with that I rate 3 and half out of 5..
