Synopsis :Two decades after the freak alien invasion that nearly destroyed mankind a new threat emerges. After 20 years, a sequels of Independence Day. So who think that there should be no sequels raise their hand!! I am.. This sequels should not be existed. It just destroy everything that I love on the 1st movie. At least in the 1st movie I'm really excited to know what happen next.
However, the 2nd movie is a dissapointment. This movie is kinda flat. The storyline is just ok in my opinion. This movie butchered all the logic. The one thing that kinda weird that the Queen have the shield on its own that took a trojan virus for the previous movie to disable. However, a continuous shooting WILL disable the shield LOL.. The fact that this movie some of important character in the previous movie just wrong. She dies in meaningless death that does not offer anything on the movie. LOL..
Seriously, this movie kinda boring. I even paused halfway. Anyway, this movie just ok. I didn't really enjoy watching this movie. With that I rate this movie 2 out of 5.. The only great thing is the CGI.
