Synopsis :

Maiko (Chiaki Kuriyama) opens her own private detective office. Maiko then receives the case of a missing 3-year-old boy.
Ep.2 "ATARU Kanzen Shinsaku Special - New York kara no Chousenjou!!"
Tasuku (Masaki Okada) is Ataru's younger brother. Tasuku becomes a suspect in a serial murder cases. I order to save Tasuku, Ataru comes back to Japan from New York. Ataru tries to solve the case with Maiko, but Madoka (Maki Horikita) blocks them.

After watch the tv series, I am excited to see more ATARU!! SP continues from the tv series.
The first episode is more a recaps version. It have more flashbacks than the main storyline. Overall, interesting but doesn't have many plot on main storyline.
The second episode is more interesting as it focus more on ATARU's sibling relationship. Interesting and I always wonder what happen to ATARU's brother.
Overall, the first episode just ok and the second episode is more entertaining. The ending showing cliffhanger for the next ATARU Movie. I can't wait to watch the movie. With that I rate this SP 3 and half out of 5... :D
